YOUR RACE DAY ITINERARY FROM BRUCE

Dinner details will be posted soon.
After dinner, we will scan your pigeons. Please let me know if you are not attending shipping, so I can scan your birds during dinner. Pools and entry fees will be taken at this time. You may also pool and pay entry fees on Sunday morning. After 10AM pools are open to the public. Those birds not covered are open to anyone who wants to cover the entry fees.
On race day, at around noon, we will have our famous BBQ. This year the Auburn Racing Pigeon Club will again be cooking your rib-eye steak lunch. Bring your wife or girlfriend -- we will again be giving a $100 bill away, starting at 11AM, every hour to the lucky ladies until the first bird arrives.
It is the breeder's responsibility to send their monies in one week prior to the race. If your bird is lost, your money will be refunded promptly. This will help us avoid double pooling of your bird. Every year, someone has their check lost in the mail and gets upset when someone else wins money with their bird.
If you want your birds back, please arrange to have someone pick them up within two weeks after the race. Send me $50 if you want me to ship them to you. After two weeks they become my property and I will be giving them to a new flyer!
